We are finished building our solution to address the issue with Amazon.

ACTION IS REQUIRED BEFORE FEB 11: Watch the video below and complete a few quick and easy steps to transition your account over to the new system. We expect this to take just 5-6 minutes to complete.

This video will show you how to switch your account over. Once you take these steps, your OAGenius account will function as usual. If you have questions, just email success@oagenius.com. We'll work to get you up and running!

We are finished building our solution to address the message Amazon delivered that the "OAGenius application will be removed from the Amazon Seller Central Partner Network effective February 11, 2022."

This build will require you to complete a few steps to transition your account over to the new system.

The switch should take less than 5 minutes for you to implement once its ready.

We're testing everything right now and will send you simple instructions and a how-to video by 5:00 PM EST tomorrow.

We are continuing to work on a resolution to the message Amazon delivered that the "OAGenius application will be removed from the Amazon Seller Central Partner Network effective February 11, 2022."

We are in communication with Amazon to restore our API access soon, but we cannot rely on that happening before February 11, 2022. 

This solution is about 75% complete at the current time and we're 100% sure that we will finish it with plenty of time to switch (if needed) before Amazon's deadline of 2/11.

While there are no actions for you to take right now, please continue to check your email, in-app messages, or our Status Page. We'll have instructions on how to move your account over to the new build in the next few days.

This switch should take less than 5 minutes for you to implement once its ready.

We are aware of the email Amazon sent out stating that the "OAGenius application will be removed from the Amazon Seller Central Partner Network effective February 11, 2022."

The issue seems to have been caused by multiple OAGenius users getting suspended while linking to our software. The reason for the suspensions that Amazon provided: “Allowing a third-party to fulfill orders to customers on your behalf, unless it is clear to the customer that you are the seller of record”.

 

We already have many wholesale integrations, and we will be adding more for everyones use.

 

We are working with Amazon to restore our API access soon, but we cannot rely on that happening before February 11, 2022. 

Therefore, we've already started developing a backup plan.

Right now, there are no actions for you to take. We are working through the build and will be in contact with the next steps soon. There will be some small action items we will ask you to take in order for the new and fully independent sync to function.

We will follow up with emails and more in app information along with video tutorials on how to get it done. 

Our success team will be working around the clock to ensure there is a seamless transition to the new process.
